1. Overview

At MCHROMED, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, you may be entitled to return your items in accordance with this Returns & Refunds Policy and applicable consumer protection laws within the European Union.

2. Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after:

You receive the goods; or
In the case of multiple items delivered separately, the day you receive the last item.

3. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must:

Be returned within the applicable return period.
Be unworn, unused, and unwashed.
Have all original tags attached.
Be returned in their original packaging where reasonably possible.
Be free from stains, odors, damage, or signs of use beyond what is necessary to inspect the item.

We reserve the right to reduce the refund amount if the value of the goods has been diminished due to handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

4. Items Not Eligible for Return

The following items cannot be returned unless they are faulty or not as described:

Personalized or custom-made products.
Sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons once unsealed (such as underwear, swimwear, or similar items where applicable).
Gift cards.
Any other items excluded under applicable law.

5. Return Process

To initiate a return:

Wait for return instructions.
Ship the item(s) to the return address provided.
Keep proof of postage until your return has been processed.

6. Return Shipping Costs

For Withdrawal Returns (Change of Mind)

Unless otherwise stated, customers are responsible for the direct cost of returning items.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will provide appropriate instructions and cover reasonable return shipping costs where required by law.

7. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.

For valid withdrawals under EU consumer law:

We will reimburse all payments received for the returned goods.
Standard outbound delivery charges may also be refunded where required by law.
Additional delivery costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than our least expensive standard option may not be refunded.
